Congressional Approval Rating Tanks

Congratulations to our members of Congress that have managed to fall to a 9% approval rating in the current Rasmussen Reports poll. According to the article, this is the first time in history that single digits have occurred.
Add this to the approval rating of President Bush (31%) and we’ve got quite a gang up there in Washington, don’t we? Now I am no big fan of President Bush, but the obvious story here is the continuing decline of the congressional approval rating.
