Clinton Proposes New Economic Plan

The campaign is on full swing in Pennsylvania. Each candidate is doing everything possible to court every last vote in the Keystone State. Senator Clinton has been pushing the economy as the main issue. She has proposed spending $7 billion a year to encourage companies to stop outsourcing jobs and to encourage new companies to come to the U.S.
I do believe that our government spends way too much money. But, outsourcing has gotten out of hand and I think that she has the right idea on this one!
